Orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
All SOÜLARA items are made-to-order. It usually takes 2–5 business days to process your order, and shipping times vary by location:

US: 7 – 9 business days

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin working on your order shortly after it's placed, so we can't guarantee changes. Please email us ASAP at connect@soulara.store, and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! SOÜLARA ships worldwide. Shipping rates and times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
To reduce delays, we may ship items separately depending on availability and fulfillment locations. You’ll receive tracking for each package.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We partner with Printful, which fulfills orders from facilities in the US, Spain, Canada, and Mexico, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox!
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 25 business days after shipping, contact us at connect@soulara.store, and we’ll investigate with our carrier.
Products & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our size guide on each product page before ordering. Our styles are unisex unless stated otherwise.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! Many of our items go up to 2XL. Sizes available vary by product, so be sure to check the product details.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Yes - but since every piece is printed just for you, slight variations in placement or color may happen. We believe it adds to the uniqueness of each piece.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. SOÜLARA products are made-to-order, so we can’t accept returns for size, color, or change of mind.
To start a return, contact us at connect@soulara.store with a photo and description of the issue. All return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
We don't offer exchanges. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
Do you accept returns from the EU under the 14-day cooling-off period?
SOÜLARA items are made-to-order, which makes them exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period. If your item is damaged, though, we’ve got you covered.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes - our store is powered by Shopify and uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to keep your info safe.
About SOÜLARA
What does SOÜLARA mean?
SOÜLARA is inspired by “soul” + “solara” (from Latin solaris, meaning "of the sun"). It represents light, resilience, and the strength that comes from within. Every piece we create is rooted in the idea of showing up for yourself - even when it’s hard.
Where are you based?
SOÜLARA was born in motion - founded by a nomadic soul, currently based in Saudi Arabia and inspired by life between cultures.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet. SOÜLARA is online-only - for now.
